Lifestyle choices impact your sleep one way or another. While caffeine causes sleeplessness right away, alcohol impacts your sleep a few hours after consumption. Physical activity is proven to improve sleep. Something that almost anyone has experienced is falling asleep after a long day of physical activity from a hike, moving to a new apartment or a long day at the mall. Changing your lifestyle is not something that can happen overnight. But something you can do today to sleep better tonight is to do 1 physical activity. Put on your favourite tune and dance or go for a run, any cardio that works for you. Sweat it out and you will sleep much better tonight.
